Arriving late at night, the dimly lit exterior was unsettling and the surroundings felt sketchy, which dampened the experience. The room we were assigned looked nothing like the photos and was far from what we expected. Staff responsiveness was lacking as they misplaced our reservation, leading to confusion and frustration. The lack of adequate support left us scrambling for alternate accommodation, ultimately detracting from what should have been an enjoyable trip.

Recommend it for price-conscious travelers
The furnishings were very nice in the rustic-style rooms and the beds were comfy. We drove to the riverwalk quickly which was a huge plus because walking in the heat would be tough.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable.

My recent stay at La Hacienda Inn for business was quite enjoyable. The room I booked was a Standard Room Two Double Beds Non-Smoking, which was clean and comfortable. The bedding was fresh, and the air conditioning worked excellently, allowing for restful nights after long workdays. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable, which was essential for my productivity. Additionally, the staff was attentive and readily assisted with any requests I had, especially for printing essential documents in the business center.
The breakfast options were quite limited.

While the hotel is relatively close to downtown, the surrounding area doesn't feel particularly secure once the sun goes down, which can be a concern for those used to strolling in the evening. The air conditioning unit worked hard to keep things cool, but it’s loud enough to wake light sleepers. Additionally, some of the room amenities, like the fridge, were underwhelming. it didn’t cool items properly, leaving snacks warm. The thin, rough toilet paper was another downside that detracted from the experience.

Had a great time with friends visiting the zoo and exploring the vibrant culture here! Our room was clean and spacious. The covered parking was a nice bonus. The location was close enough to walk to the heart of the city, making it easy to enjoy everything.
The only downside was the lack of breakfast options, which could be improved. Just coffee and a few muffins isn't enough to start the day right.

Nice place for a quick stay
I was really happy with my stay! The location was super convenient, just a short drive to the Riverwalk. My room was clean and comfy, with a fridge and microwave, which was handy. Only thing is the breakfast options weren't great, just some packaged stuff. For the price, it was a solid deal though!
